      Coaching focuses on actionable steps for the present and future, unlike therapy, which delves into past healing. It empowers you to find solutions instead of offering direct advice, such as mentoring or consulting.

    • What can I expect during a coaching session?

      Every session is tailored to your goals. We’ll explore challenges, develop solutions, and implement actionable steps to foster growth. Beyond sessions, I may recommend self-reflection exercises or resources to support your progress.

    • Who are my clients?

      I work with new and aspiring leaders who are navigating transitions or challenges. My clients include professionals worldwide, across industries, and mainly in the corporate sector. I also collaborate with HR and L&D specialists to support developing, rolling out, and delivering leadership development and employee well-being enhancement programs.

    • Is coaching covered by insurance or employer funding?

      While insurance typically doesn’t cover coaching, many employers fund it as part of leadership development. If self-employed, coaching may be tax-deductible as a professional development expense.
